Modern holiday apartment with three sea view balconies, near the beach and the centre, with a communal party room

This modern holiday apartment is on a quiet street and is on the second floor of the house. It is only 500 metres to the beach and to the centre.

The apartment has three furnished balconies with a sea view. There is also a grill in the garden. The parking space is within the fenced garden. You receive and automatic key to open the gate and drive your car in.

The spacious apartment provides 90m² of space for four to six people. It has two modern bathrooms with a shower and toilet. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (160cm wide). There is also a double sofa bed in the living room, which also has free Internet access and satellite TV. The kitchen adjoins the living room and is fully-equipped with a microwave, stove, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine, providing everything you need for cooking. There is a dining table for six people. The apartment has two free air conditioning units, one in the living room near the first bedroom, the second in the dining space near the second bedroom.

It is only 100 metres to the nearest grocery shop. It is two kilometres to the nearest supermarket. You can ride or play tennis nearby, the tennis court is just 500 metres from the house. It is also possible to hire bicycles and explore the surroundings on the cycle paths. You can swim at the nearby beach.

There is a washing machine available for use in the owner’s apartment. There is also a communal room with two sofas and a TV, as well as a 50m² party room with furniture.

    “Sehr saubere, große Wohnung. Komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspühler ... ohne Backofen- sollte jemand Kuchen oder Pizza backen wollen:Pizzeria und Restaurant in der Nähe! 2 Bäder mit je einer Dusche! Strand am besten mit dem Auto zu erreichen weil ( für uns als Familie ) zu weit, dafür aber riesengroßer Balkon mit Panoramasicht und Sonnenaufgang über der Bucht! Pool ist TOP.: sauberes Wasser, ausreichend groß, schön angelegt. WLAN überall sehr gut. Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück vorhanden und immer abgeschlossen. Kleine Supermärkte für alles was man so braucht im Ort. Kontakt mit Vermieter sehr angenehm und freundlich trotz Sprachbarriere beider Seiten: Deutsch>Englisch

    “Sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung zu einem sehr guten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Ein gepflegter Garten und sehr nette Vermieter. Der Ort selbst ist erwartungsgemäß ruhig, allerdings ein guter Ausgangspunkt für weitere Ausflüge und Unternehmungen.”

    “gehobene, gemütliche Ausstattung mit viel Platz ,die Unterkunft war sehr sauber,es gab genügend Handtücher und die 2 Klimaanlagen waren sehr praktisch, vom Balkon hatte man eine schöne Aussicht mit Meeblick ,der Pool war mit seinen Pflanzen ringsherum sehr gut angelegt, die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und zu vorkommend, fragte auch immer nach, ob alles in Ordnung sei, für uns eine perfekte Unterkunft”
