This exclusive holiday villa with a panoramic view of the little medieval town of Motovun enjoys a romantic location amidst a sunny and lush hilly landscape in the wine and truffle region of Istria, offering ideal accommodation for a luxurious and relaxed holiday with friends or family, in absolute privacy, far away from tourist noise. Traditional stone house newly converted (2013) into a luxury holiday villa, on a 5000m² enclosed site with a 100m² private pool with massage jets and a panoramic view from the sun terraces

The living room on the ground floor opens directly onto the generous sun terrace with garden furniture and a grill area. The 100m² heated pool is surrounded by plenty of wooden sun loungers and parasols. Drift around in the pool with massage jets and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the landscape, or withdraw to the big hammock with a frame and canopy, enjoy the absolute privacy and get away from it all. A car is recommended during your stay, so that you can explore the varied surroundings. There are secure parking spaces right in front of the holiday villa on the enclosed site.

The authentic, traditional stone house from the year 1800 was completely and carefully renovated just recently in 2013 and equipped with modern amenities accordingly for a pleasant and unforgettable stay. The three floors of the air-conditioned (cool/warm) holiday villa provide a total of 350m² of living space, consisting of a spacious living and dining room with a highly modern, fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four light bathrooms and a separate guest toilet. All the rooms are highlighted by original wooden ceilings and authentic stone walls, exuding a rustic and cosy country house atmosphere, enhanced even further by the antique, solid wood furniture. The ground floor is the living area with a spacious corner and three-seater sofa, two matching armchairs, a wide flatscreen TV (cable TV, Smart TV and a USB port)) mounted to the wall, a DVD and CD player, and a stereo system. On cooler evenings you can gather around the large open fireplace set into the wall, while the dining table with eight chairs right next to it invites you to enjoy leisurely meals together. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant extractor fan, an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The ground floor also has two of the spacious and thoughtfully decorated six bedrooms, which both have two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm that can also be joined together as a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The separate guest toilet provides additional convenience. Wide stairs lead to the first floor with two further bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, which share a bathroom that has a bath with a shower attachment, a large washbasin and wall mirror, a bidet and a toilet. Other stairs lead to the second floor with a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the sixth bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together and with direct access to its own balcony with garden furniture, affording an extensive panoramic view over the hilly landscape. Both bathrooms have a spacious shower cubicle, a washbasin and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. Two cots and a washing machine are available and there is free and reliable wireless Internet access in the villa.

Your holiday villa is about 2km from the centre of the medieval little mountain village of Motovun, which offers a romantic, Gothic bell tower and a good range of shops, cafés and restaurants. It is about 20km to the little coastal town of Novigrad and the nearest beach with crystal clear water.
