Apartment with a garden and access to the lake

The holiday apartment, part of a villa, is in a wonderful natural landscape in Manerba del Garda in Lombardy, in a quiet residential area and just 200 metres from the lake. It is a small paradise surrounded by nature.

The apartment has its own garden with a table, chairs and parasol, inviting you to relax. Parking spaces are also available.

The apartment has its own separate entrance and is on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed (80 x 190cm) and a bedroom with two beds one above the other (pull-out bed) and a wardrobe. A supplementary bed measuring 80 x 170cm can also be added to the single room. There is a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen-diner has satellite TV, a dining area and a kitchen unit, fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, crockery and cutlery.

The lake, to which there is direct access, is just a five-minute walk away. The bay on the lake is one of Lake Garda’s most beautiful bays, with the Conigli and Garda Island, which are accessible by boat. Salò and Desenzano are just a short distance away. The mountains are also within easy access.

In January 2019 the apartment was renovated and embellished, so it is now even cleaner, more practical and elegant.
The owner lives next door on the site.

    “Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit !!!
    Bei 4 Liegestühlen gab es leider nur 2 Kissen, Verbesserungs würdig !
    Ausstattung war komplett in Küche und Wohnbereich.
    Der Weg zum See ging über 99 Treppen, was für ältere Besucher, wie uns, recht beschwerlich war.

    Das Bild und die Beschreibung sollte unbedingt der jetzigen Situation angepasst werden. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein weiteres Hause gebaut worden. Positiv: Die große Terrasse ! Negativ: Die 2 kleinen Zimmer, davon 1 ohne Fenster! Eine Zumutung !!!
    Bei dem Fernseher funktionierten nur italienische Sender, dt. oder andere deutschsprachige Sender konnten nicht empfangen werden !!! Restaurant: Ristorante Pisenze, Via Duca D'Aosta 23; Manerba - Sehr guter Fisch ! Ausflüge: Schauderterrassen - Sehr schöne Fahrt und bezaubernder Ausblick auf den See”

    “Netter Empfang durch den Besitzer. Ferienwohnung befindet sich im unteren Teil eines Doppelhauses. Der Garten ist schön angelegt und blüht auch noch im Oktober. Die Wohnung ist voll ausgestattet und bei kleinen Problemen wurde umgehend Hilfe besorgt. Leider ist die Wohnung etwas dunkel.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, liegt innerhalb des sehr schönen Gartens vom Vermieter
    (wohnt darüber). Die inneren Zimmer haben keine Fenster, dadurch etwas dunkler; jedoch
    bei hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm.
    Die Küche ist genügend mit allem ausgstattet, Bad mit Waschmaschine.
    Der Vermieter spricht gut deutsch, ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,
    würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
    Preis -Leistung ist sehr gut.”
