Holiday house with two apartments, with a big garden, a grill and a pool

The holiday house is on a hill in a quiet, rural area, in the midst of one of the most famous wine-growing areas in Tuscany.

The house has two holiday apartments with heating, each with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Free wireless Internet access is available.
Both apartments have a big, fenced garden, as well as a private parking space. The pool is for shared use. There is also a laundry room for shared use in the outdoor area. The owner can provide bicycles for use free of charge on request.

It is just two kilometres to Forcoli, where you can find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, ATMs and pharmacies. There are tennis courts, riding stables, sports grounds and an ultra-light aircraft facility in the area, for those who enjoy sports and activities.

Holiday apartment on three floors, with a private terrace and a big garden with a grill for your own exclusive use

This apartment provides around 110m² of living space spread over three floors, comprising three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest WC, a kitchen and a living room. The ground floor has a living room with a sofa bed for two people (190 x 200cm), a small guest WC, and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and fridge with freezer compartment. The first floor has a bedroom with a single bed (120 x 200cm), a bedroom with a double bed with a canopy (180 x 200cm), and a bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. The second floor has a bedroom with a double bed (190 x 200cm), and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, WC and bidet. There is a noteworthy original rafter roof from the 19th century in the bedroom. All the bedrooms have a flatscreen TV.

The fenced outdoor area has a private garden of around 300m² and a terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a grill. This apartment also has a pergola providing shade.

    “Die Ausstattung des Hauses war in Ordnung. In der Küche fehlte die ein oder andere Kleinigkeit. Es war auch keine Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Hatten wir vorsichtshalber selbst mitgebracht. Das Objekt war sehr sauber und auch die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Fliegenfenster könnten erneuert werden. Es gab zwei Terrassen, die auf den Fotos nicht zu sehen sind. Die hintere Terrasse war total verdreckt und auf der vorderen Terrasse gab es leider keinen Sonnenschutz. Am Pool war leider auch nur ein Sonnenschirm vorhanden. Ansonsten war der Pool o.k. Katastrophal ist leider das letzte Stück zur Auffahrt des Hauses. Da hatte man wirklich Angst, sich das Auto kaputtzufahren. Im Allgemeinen waren wir aber zufrieden.”

    “Buonasera sig.ra Katia la ringrazio per aver soggiornato nella nostra abitazione in Dan Iacopo. Riguardo i problemi della strada di accesso le posso confermare che in seguito ai forti temporali che hanno distrutto la viabilità pubblica è stato deciso con il Comune di Palaia di procedere con l’asfaltatura della strada almeno nel tratto che lei ha segnalato. I lavori saranno pronti per la prossima primavera 2019. Riguardo la pulizia della terrazza sul retro del fabbricato essendo contornati da alberi di alto fusto probabilmente avrà trovato del fogliame che continuamente cade a terra. Ci avesse segnalato qualcosa saremmo sicuramente intervenuti prontamente. Per quanto riguarda la caffettierasarebbe bene chiarire che la caffettiera c’era ma non era quella che le sarebbe piaciuta. È una classica caffettiera che utilizziamo in Toscana del tipo Moka. La ringraziamo comunque per le osservazioni e provvederemo a migliorare la casa anche secondo le sue indicazioni. Grazie.
