This holiday house is in the midst of the Petzenland hiking and biking area. Leave everyday life far behind and immerse yourself in a new world of boundless freedom, where you can enjoy the luxury of having time to yourself.

Adults can relax and children can play to their heart’s content in the garden. It has a lovely sunny terrace, a grill area and a playground. The garage and the other parking spaces are right by the house.

The house with a cosy interior provides 140m² of living space for five people. It has three separate bedrooms, a big and comfortable living room with a fireplace stove, a flatscreen TV with a sound system, a bathroom and a kitchen. The bedroom on the ground floor provides a double bed (160cm), while the two bedrooms upstairs provide one bed or two single beds (104cm wide). The generous bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and bath tub, where you can relax after an exciting day. There is also a separate toilet. The cosy dining space is right next to the kitchen, which is fully-equipped and includes various appliances and tableware. All the rooms have radiators for heating, and the bathroom and entrance area also have under-floor heating. Firewood is provided for the fireplace stove free of charge and there is also free wireless Internet access (standard speed). You can use a washing machine and an iron.

The nearest grocery shop is 3km away. The ten-kilometre-long Flow Country Trail on Petzen is a special highlight, 3km from the house. It is about 1000 metres to the closest lake.

    “Sehr schöne Lage, an zwei Feldern gelegen mit Blick auf die Berge, Ausstattung sehr gut. In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht. Highlight ist der Kühlschrank, aus dem man Wasser und Eiswürfel entnehmen kann. Besonders schön haben uns die liebevolle Gestaltung und die Accessoires gefallen.

    Der Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzecken lädt sehr zum Verweilen ein. Wissen sollte man, dass es nur eine separate Toilette gibt, im Bad selbst befindet sich kein WC. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Sehr komfortabel auch der Brötchendienst der ansässigen Bäckerei. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.”

    “Das Haus liegt am Rande des Dorfes zwischen zwei Maisfeldern, der Blick auf die Berge ist wunderschön. Platz zum Spielen ist vorhanden. Der Garten, sowie die Räume sind liebevoll gestaltet. Zur Ausstattung es ist alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Ein sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Haus. Sehr gute Beratung und Betreuung vor Ort.”
