This holiday apartment is in a vibrant residential area in the 17th arrondissement. It is an ideal starting point for an “a la carte” stay in Paris.
The building is on a vibrant little street with shops between the town hall and the police station in the 17th arrondissement. As soon as you have crossed the courtyard belonging to the building, you will appreciate the peace and quiet of the location. The apartment is on the fifth floor, accessed via the stairwell, and provides a cosy and quiet atmosphere. Here you can relax after enjoying a range of activities. You also have a wonderful view over the roofs of Paris.
The 28m² holiday apartment occupies the whole floor and is very light. The windows are double-glazed. On one side you have a view of the interior courtyard of the building, on the other side you can look out over the roofs of Paris. The bedroom has a double bed (140 x 190cm) and a wardrobe. The bedroom window overlooks the interior courtyard. The living room provides a sofa bed (160 x 200cm) for two people, a coffee table and a small desk, as well as a dining table for up to four people. A TV, a DVD player and a radio are also provided. The kitchen corner is fully-equipped: a fridge with a freezer compartment, two electric cooking rings, a microwave, an espresso maker, a toaster, a kettle, cooking utensils and crockery for four people. The daylight bathroom with a WC, a big bath with a shower attachment and a washing machine and clothes horse rounds off the accommodation.
All the rooms have radiators. The bathroom has a big towel radiator. Wireless Internet access is included in the rental price. Pets are welcome on request.
There is a public car park (Parking Mairie du 17ème) about 200 metres from the holiday apartment, where you can generally always find a parking space.

There are two metro stations less than five minutes from the apartment: “Rome” with Line 2 and “Place de Clichy” with Line 13. There are also some bus stops for various bus lines in the vicinity.
