Detached holiday home in Roussillon
This beautiful and cosy detached house is within walking distance (5 minutes) of the charming village of Roussillon, in the heart of the Luberon, famous for its ochre cliffs. A holiday home in Provence, ideal for families to relax!The colourful village of Roussillon is worth a visit in itself, but the splendour of the Luberon Natural Park is full of other treasures to discover by bike, on foot or, why not, in a hot-air balloon. The cedar forest of Bonnieux, the castle of Lourmarin and typical Provençal villages, are just a few kilometres away, as are Gordes, Ménerbes, Lacoste and Fontaine-de-Vaucluse. Besides the natural areas, towns such as Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, with its beautiful canals, cosy restaurants and antique shops, are well worth a visit. Avignon, with its magnificent Palais des Papes, is a few minutes away, and Aix-en-Provence (lively market) is also easily accessible.Set on a hill, the house offers comfortable bedrooms, a private pool and stunning views of the surrounding area. The terrace has a barbecue and you can sunbathe with a glass of iced tea. The garden is a green sanctuary where you can meditate with the sound of birds in the background.
