Cosy old farmhouse, newly renovated, with a big garden, ideal for a family holiday in the Mostviertel
The house is on a side street, about 1km from the town centre.
The house is an original farmhouse that was completely renovated in 2014 and that provides all the necessary comfort. The living space of around 120m² is spread over two floors. The attic has two bedrooms each of 20m² with double beds (180 x 200cm), a shower-WC and a living room. The ground floor has another bedroom (20m²) with a sofa (sleeping surface 150 x 200cm), a living room with a tiled fireplace stove, satellite TV, a CD player/radio, books, a dining room (providing crockery, cutlery, glasses and other tableware), and a kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other necessary utensils. There is also another bathroom with a bath and a separate WC. There is an entrance and cloakroom area. The house has under-floor heating and wall heating. Free wireless Internet access is available throughout the house. It is a strictly non-smoking house, but smoking is allowed in the big garden.
The big garden of around 500m² is ideal for children and for relaxing, and for having breakfast on summer days. There are sun loungers, seating and a grill and the nearby river invites you to cool off. The garden is partially fenced to the front and fully fenced to the rear. A pet is welcome at no extra charge. There are three free car parking spaces.
The house is an ideal starting point for hikes in summer and ski touring in winter. It is about 1km to the town centre, with shops, a bakery and hairdresser, as well as a local natural swimming pool. It is 100km to Vienna, 30km to Mariazell, 15kmto the Annaberg ski resort and 50km to Wachau.
