Apartment in Maxen with Private Parking

The building is on a road with little traffic, in green surroundings.

The balcony door in the living room opens onto the little front garden with a garden terrace, furnished with a table and four chairs and with a grill trolley. You can also use the garden and two parking spaces.

The apartment is on the ground floor of an imposing listed building built in the 16th century. Entrance stairs lead to the entrance with a sandstone portal. The generous entrance hall has two steps into the apartment. The sandstone portal dated 1581 provides access to the hall-like living room with impressive ceiling height, thick external walls and arched windows. The generous room comprises a well-equipped kitchen corner, a dining space, a lounge area with two sofas and a big LCD TV, as well as a second bed 140cm wide. The bedroom adjoins the living room and has a cross vault ceiling and two single beds (80 x 200cm). The adjoining bathroom has a bath and shower screen. There is oil central heating.

There are horse stables nearby and there are cafés and a restaurant 300 metres away.

    “Wir bekamen eine knappe Einweisung wo etwas zu finden ist, dann haben wir unsere Vermieterin nicht mehr gesehen. Das Bett im Wohnraum ist ziemlich hart. Die Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht. Die Räume waren trotz über 30 Grad sehr angenehm kühl.
    Es war alles sauber und ordentlich. Nach Dresden sind es ca.24 km ,dies war für uns in Ordnung.     “Es ist ein sehr schön restauriertes altes Haus von 1581. Man fühlt sich ein bisschen in einer Burg. Die Dusche ist ein wenig eng weil man in der Badewanne duscht und eine Trennwand um sich schließt. Sonst ist alles top.”
