Spacious holiday apartment with two balconies, in a quiet location near the beach

This spacious holiday apartment with two balconies is on the second floor of the house and is just 600 metres from the most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic. You can enjoy peace and quiet, but are still not far from the centre of the holiday town with its big promenade and all the amenities a town has to offer.

The 120m² apartment can accommodate six to ten people. It has two bathrooms with a bath or shower, toilet and hairdryer. The three bedrooms, of which two have access to the balcony, have parquet floors and provide two double beds (160 x 200cm) and two single beds (90 x 200cm). The living room comprises a sitting area with a double sofa bed for two adults, a dining space and a kitchen, equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave and kettle. The living room opens onto the balcony. The use of the air conditioning unit in the living room and of the Internet connection are free of charge. The apartment is sound-proofed. A children’s bed can be provided free of charge.

The apartment has two balconies. One measures 15m² and has seating and a sea view. The second measures 30m², is roofed and also furnished. This balcony offers a partial sea and partial garden view. Free parking spaces are available.

The apartment is not suitable for wheelchair users. Smoking is permitted in the apartment.

600 metres from the apartment there are sandy and pebbled beaches, where beach parties are also held. It is 200 metres to the nearest supermarket.
