Elegant apartment on the 2. floor with lift next to the centre of Desenzano and its beautiful beaches. The complex also comprises IVG199 and IVG232. Shared among all guests: wellness room with sauna, relax area, gym and outdoor whirlpool (2.15 x 2.15), chromo therapy, heated, for 6 people. The large accommodation is composed by a beautiful living room with a partial view over the lake, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. From the living area and the bedrooms access onto the balcony which faces the back, equipped for moments of relax. Thanks to the main road on which the house is situated, the small town of Desenzano is perfectly linked to Sirmione (10 km), famous for its thermal baths, the fun parks pf Peschiera del Garda (15 km), the picturesque villages above the lake such as Riva del Garda, paradise for surfers, and Padenghe sul Garda (excellent olive oil and D.O.C wines). From the promenade in Desenzano boats to the Veronese shore of the lake (a few minutes drive). 43 km Verona, 154 km Venice. On request when booking a cooking service and cooking classes can be organized on site (payment on the spot). The apartment has air-conditioning. Possibility to charge electric cars in the internal parking lot. Welcome wine bottle on arrival for guests who can also take advantage of a discount in the bar - pastry shop in front of the accommodation.

    “Die Lage der großzügig geschnittenen Wohnung ist sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und gepflegt. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich und ist als Ansprechpartner für alle Belange verfügbar. Der Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück ist sehr bequem und die Wohnung kann über Treppen oder einen Aufzug erreicht werden. Zwei Badezimmer tragen ebenfalls zur Entspannung bei, gerade wenn man als Familie reist. Auf der einen Längsseite der Wohnung befindet sich ein Balkon, der offene Türen ermöglicht und Platz für die nassen Badesachen oder gewaschene Wäsche sowie einen Apéritif bei Tagesausklang bietet. Die Begrüßung nach 6 Stunden Staufahrt von München kommend mit kaltem Prosecco und gekühltem, frischen Obst hat sich als wundervoller Auftakt unseres Aufenthaltes eingeprägt. Der große Esstisch, die riesige Couch und die gut ausgestattete Küche laden zum Kochen und Beisammensein ein und wir haben das auch gerne genutzt. Umweit der Wohnung lädt ein Hotel mit privatem Badestrand zu sehr schönen Aufenthalten am Strand ein. Das ist nicht kostenlos möglich, ist aber sein Geld wert.”
