This compact, traditional holiday home is in the centre of the old town. The beach and the town centre with various shops and cafes are within walking distance. Harbours, galleries and restaurants are located nearby. The old town of Gamla Stan in Simrishamn is well maintained. It is a popular residential area. You will be delighted to see the closely built homes done up in pastel colours, and the cobblestones. This holiday home is in the small village called Gamla Stan on a property having an area of 30 square metres. A steep staircase leads to the top floor. The bedroom is on the top floor with pitched roof and two single beds. It has a small balcony overlooking the lively Klungegården Harbour. The living room, a small kitchen and dining area are on the ground floor. The home has a small bathroom with toilet and hand shower. Low ceiling! Beautiful hiking and cycling trails through forests and along the coast lead to Kivik in the north or to Skillinge in the south. Vik has beautiful golf courses. Do visit the Stenshuvud National Park, the medieval Glimmingehus or Kåseberge Ales Stenar. During summer, a visit to the outdoor Tobisvik Lake 8 km away from this home is recommended.

    “Tolles kleines Häuschen, sehr hübsch mit Dielenboden und hellen Wänden. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ruhige Lage, nahe dem Strand. Für zwei Personen perfekt. Für große Menschen nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr niedrige Deckenhöhe.”

Inne i huset finns all utrustning som man kan behöva, t.ex. diskmaskin, tvättmaskin, kyl- och frys, mikrougn, spis samt all utrustning som man kan behöva för att laga mat. Möbleringen på undervåningen var utmärkt med bäddsoffa, TV etc.
    På ovanvåningen fanns två sängar plus en liten balkong.
