Four pleasant holiday apartments with pool recently renovated and situated in a characteristic country house inside a property consisting of 30 hectares of woods and meadows. The farm produces olive oil and breeds horses. Its position is unique and dominant, natural terrace (350m above sea level) with panoramic views stretching from Siena to Mount Amiata. Absolute peace. Basic but complete rustic style furnishings in perfect harmony with its setting. Central heating. Accessed via 2.3km of unpaved road. The very friendly owners sometimes stay in the apartment Ulivo on the ground floor.


Distances: horse riding 6km, grocery 8km, Castelnuovo Berardenga with all kinds of shops, restaurants, banks, post office 10.5km, Rapolano Terme 12km, Siena 28km, Vagliagli with ABV office 37km, Radda in Chianti 40km, Florence 77km.


At guests’ disposal: large furnished lawn with floodlit swimming pool (5.5m x 13.5m, depth 1.20m – 2.40m, open 01/05-30/09) with spill-over edge and sun terrace (30m²) in panoramic position. Arrival between 4.30pm – 7.30pm!


Ground floor: dining area with armchair bed, open kitchenette (fridge 140lt, dishwasher, small electric/microwave oven), large double bedroom, small bathroom with shower (window).Equipped outdoor area, ideal for dining or for sunbathing.

    “Die Austattung und die Lage sind top. So stelle ich mir den perfekten Urlaub vor, gemütlich, Ruhe und einen wahnsinnig schönen Ausblick. In der Ferienwohnung findet man alles vor was man benötigt. Am Anfang war ich zwar etwas erschrocken als ich keine Kaffeemaschine entdeckte aber auch das Problem wurde gelöst.”
