Holiday apartments at the heart of the old city centre of Florence
These are three wonderful holiday apartments on the 4th floor of a listed building from the 16th century. You will be staying at the heart of the old city centre of Florence, between the Duomo and the Museo dell’Accademia, which houses Michelangelo’s David.
The apartments were last modernised in 2006. They are fully air-conditioned, have heating and a fully-equipped kitchen. Wireless Internet access is available.
Near the apartments there is a public, payable car park. There is also a payable garage opposite the apartments.
The building does not have a lift.
Sights such as the Duomo, Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Mercato di San Lorenzo are just a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are small grocery shops just a few steps away.

The apartment of around 30m² is on the fourth floor of the building without a lift.
It comprises a sofa bed for two people (160 x 210cm), a sofa bed for one person (110 x 200cm), a bathroom with a shower and a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment.
The apartment affords a great view over the rooftops of Florence and towards the Duomo.
Near the holiday apartment there is a public carpark (charges apply). Opposite the apartment there is also a garage (charges apply).
Sights such as Piazza della Signoria, Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi and Bargello are just a five-minute walk from the apartment. There are grocery shops about 50 metres from the apartment.
