New holiday apartments in a typical stone farmhouse, ideal for cycle tours or visiting Lake Garda

The property is a typical stone farmhouse, nestled into the landscape around Volta Mantovana, a small village on a hill about 1.5km away. It is surrounded by plenty of greenery and nature to the south of Lake Garda, on the banks of the Mincio River (about 500 metres away)

The apartments of around 45m² have their own separate entrance. They have a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 180cm) and a bunk bed (each 80 x 180cm), and a wardrobe. The bathroom with a small entrance area has a washbasin, mirror, WC, bidet and shower. The living room provides a sofa bed for two people, heating with a thermostat and meter, a table with six chairs, and an open kitchen unit, equipped with a fridge with a freezer compartment, crockery, cutlery, table cloths, tea towels, pans, pots, glasses, an Espresso maker, electric filter coffee machine, electric oven, four-flame gas stove and a sink with a draining board.

During the complete renovation of part of the farmhouse, the old arcades were converted into four new apartments. They have exposed wooden beams and look out onto the courtyard. There are two apartments on the ground floor and two on the first floor. Note that all four apartments are rented out under this property number and are allocated according to availability.

Outside you can use the large, fenced courtyard. Here there are tables, chairs, parasols, a barbecue and a play area with a swing and a slide for children. In summer a small pool is set up for children. Unmonitored parking spaces are available. A cot and a highchair can also available, along with wireless Internet access, a washing machine and a clothes horse. Bicycles for adults and children can also be used free of charge. Dogs are allowed, but please do not leave them alone in the apartment when you are out on trips and keep them on the leash. The owner family lives in the farmhouse, which was built at the beginning of the 19th century. They are happy to offer you samples of products grown or made on the farm, such as wine, eggs and fresh seasonal fruit and vegetables. A 50-metre gravel track leads to the house. A cycle path runs right in front of the gate to the agriturismo, which leads to Volta Mantovana (2km) or down to the river in the direction of Borghetto (6km), Peschiera (15km) or Mantova (18km). By car, via an asphalted road network, it is easy to get to two supermarkets nearby (2km), a restaurant and a pizzeria (500m), a park with a swimming pool (1.5km), a pharmacy (1.5km). You can also find a water park 5km away and the park with a botanical garden in Sigurta, as well as Borghetto 6km away. Lake Garda with its leisure parks such as Gardaland, Movieland, Canevaworld and Medievaltimes is about 15km away, Mantova 18km and Verona 25km. You can go to Venice 150 km away on a day trip.
