Cosy studio with satellite TV, in charming surroundings
The studio is in Döbrastöcken, a district of the town of Naila, at 700 metres above sea level. It is a former clearing settlement and consists of eight individual, detached houses. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view and there is no through traffic.
The studio has a hallway, a bathroom with a shower and a living and sleeping room with a kitchen unit, two single beds that can be pulled out (each 70cm wide and 200 cm long) and satellite TV. There is central heating. There are a washing machine and dryer in the basement, as well as a little storage room. A sunbed can be used for a fee.
Outside there is a lawn for sunbathing, grilling and playing table tennis. There are two parking spaces right by the house. The holiday apartment is classified as two-star by the DTV. Note that it is a non-smoking property.
The holiday house is ideally located as a starting point for hikes and cycle tours in the charming surroundings. The “Dö-32” walking circuit leads right past the house. It is about 1km to the Frankenweg . Other leisure activities include inline skating, Nordic walking, rafting, horse riding and winter sports.
