Holiday apartment in the centre of Realmonte, with the possibility to arrange guided tours
The holiday apartment is located in a typical local house in the centre of Realmonte, the town of the “Scala dei Turchi” (Turkish Steps). It faces a street with little traffic, but is close to the main piazza.
The independent apartment is on two floors. On the first floor (30m²) there is a spacious living room-kitchen, equipped with a stove, oven, fridge and a dining table with six chairs, as well as a flatscreen TV, a sofa bed for two people, a couch and access to the balcony. On the second floor there is a bedroom (20m²) with standard furniture: a double bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, a dresser and access to a small balcony. Next to it is a single room (8m²) with a single bed, a bedside table and a wardrobe. There is also a bathroom with a washbasin, bath, bidet, washing machine, and another small balcony. A supplementary bed can be added on request. The apartment provides crockery and cutlery, bedlinen, hand towels, a hairdryer and a parasol. The apartment does not have heating and is cooled by a fan.
The apartment has three small balconies overlooking the courtyard. In the courtyard there is a car parking space.
On request, the owner is happy to arrange excursions and boat trips (prices depending on the route).
The nearest beach is 1km from the apartment as the crow flies and just a few hundred metres from the bus stop. Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are just a short walk from the apartment.
