Spacious holiday home on ttwo floors with a fireplace and its own pool in the garden

The 130 m² holiday home is located in the small town of Randa in the Majorca’s interior, about 32 km from the capital Palma. Here you can relax away from everyday life and enjoy the tranquility. The detached house was built in 1880 and last renovated in 2000. It has two floors.THE POOL IS INStALLED FROM 15th JUNE TO 15th SEPTEMBER.

The property has three bedrooms, each with a double bed and, in one case, with a single bed. It also has two bathrooms with a shower, or a bathtub with shower facility, a hair dryer, wash basin and toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with a large dining table for meals together, along with a fireplace, a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine and a microwave. The cosy living room is furnished with satellite TV, sofas and armchairs. In addition to the fireplace, there are also two air conditioners - in the kitchen and in the living room on the first floor - which you can also use heat up the house. Furthermore, you can use the in-house washing machine, iron and the Internet.

Behind the house is a terrace with garden furniture, a grill/barbecue and a pool, which is surrounded by fruit trees and plants. The house has a fenced garden of about 60 m², so pets cannot escape.

The nearest village is about 5 km away. You will find shopping possibilities and public transportation there. A restaurant and riding is about 1 km away. The sea and a sandy beach as well as going out and water sports facilities are approximately 12 km away. The airport is around 25 km away.
