Gorgeous Apartment in Benalmádena with Communal Garden and Spectacular Views

Gorgeous apartment, air conditioning, communal pool, wifi internet, terrace, barbecue, amazing views, communal garden, lift, private parking. 80 metres from the beach and 10 minutes from the Marina. Close to all amenities, but in a quiet residential street.The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years. High Speed internet throughout the penthouse. Beautiful and modern apartment just 80 METRES from the beach!! The apartment has 2 bedrooms, bathroom, lounge, kitchen, air conditioning, wifi internet, barbecue and lovely terrace with beautiful views .
There are 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds.

There is a communal swimming pool, communal gardens, lift and private parking. The apartment is near to bars, restaurants, shops and the marina, but is located in a quiet street. What´s not to like?.

You can easily visit the beautiful Parque Palomo, SeaLife, Benalmadena Pueblo and Marbella. From Benalmadena it is also easy to visit Granada, Seville, Cordoba, Gibralter and Ronda.

The apartment is in Benalmadena Costa which is to the west of Malaga and is 20 minutes by car or bus from the airport. It is 4 minutes on foot to the beach and 10 minutes on foot to the famous Marina, which has many international restaurants. You do not need to hire a car at this apartment..

Baby beds and baby chairs can be provided, free of cost.
Please ask when you make your reservation. If you have rented your unit on a monthly basis, please remember that monthly rentals will include electricity up to a limit. If you exceed the agreed limit you will be charged for the additional electricity. Please ask for the details.

The minimum age of the person making the reservation must be 25 years.

There is a refundable cleaning deposit of 300 euros to be paid on arrival.

Events/parties are not allowed at this house.

Enjoying fantastic weather, an amazing setting and beautiful restaurants, bars and cafes. Benalmadena is well positioned to reach Granada, Seville, Cordoba and Ronda within a few hours drive. The city of Malaga is beautiful with its historical old town and very glamorous Calle Larios with trendy shops and boutiques, also the Picasso Musuem. The picturesque Mountain Village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis is just 15 minutes drive. You can also easily visit the elegant suburbs of Puerto Banus and Marbella and travel further on to Gibraltar. Benalmadena Costa has hundred of bars, cafe´s and restaurants. There are many international restaurants at the Marina. There is a wide selection of shops and Tivoli World, the children's theme park is situated in Arroyo. Fuengirola Zoo is nearby and the marine wildlife park. The area is famous for its hundreds of beaches, from quiet, hidden coves to stretches of sand with fashionable beach clubs, populated by celebrities and beautiful people from all over the world. One of the most popular pastimes on the Costa is golf – there are over 50 golf courses in the area, with stunning mountain and clifftop locations, offering spectacular views over the area’s varied landscapes, and down to the sea. Less well-known, but definitely worth a visit, are the many stunning national parks around Malaga province, often located just a short, easy drive inland. You can go hiking, caving, wild swimming, four-wheel-driving, horse-riding and countess other adventurous activities. For a less strenuous day out, the villages of the Axarquia region are some of the most picturesque in all of Spain.
