The property is located in a small village on a hill, about 3.5km from Domaso.
The house comprises two holiday apartments of very different sizes, both of which afford a beautiful view of Lake Como. The holiday apartment on the ground floor measures 30m², while that on the first floor measures 100m².
The shared outdoor area is laid out so that holiday guests can eat and relax in peace: one terrace is for use by guests from both holiday apartments, while adjoining the terrace there is a shared garden that nevertheless provides a variety of quiet, idyllic areas as retreats. There are three tables with benches in various places around the garden. There are also two barbecues, also in different places. Every apartment has its own private parking place for free.
In winter there is a supplementary charge for heating (see supplementary charges).
About 50 metres from the property there is a small grocery shop. Three kilometres away in Domaso there is a supermarket. A large supermarket (Ipermercato) and the “Fuentes” shopping centre are 15km away in the municipality of Colico. There is a restaurant-pizzeria 200 metres away, while in Domaso three kilometres away there are other restaurants and pizzerias with typical local dishes such as pizzocheri or fish from the lake.
Holiday apartment with a pellet stove and direct access to the terrace and garden
The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. You will feel at home straight away in the rustic kitchen-living room, which represents the centrepiece of the apartment with its kitchen unit, dining table and sofa. A large window affords a view out towards greenery, while the pellet stove promises cosy evenings. As a nice surprise, a small cupboard converts quickly into a single bed for a third person. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. In the bathroom there is a small bath with a shower. Free wireless Internet access is also available.
You have your own section of the shared terrace directly in front of the holiday apartment, furnished with a table and two chairs. You also have direct access to the shared garden, where you can spend sociable grill evenings with a view of the lake. A private car parking space is provided.
