Extravagant holiday apartment with sleeping cabins like on a boat

The holiday apartment is located in the midst of the little town of Santa Venerina.

There is a furnished area in the courtyard for spending time outdoors.

You will feel at home immediately in this extravagant holiday apartment, which provides comfortable accommodation for the whole family on two floors. It comprises a living room-kitchen, an attic level and a bathroom. On the ground floor there are the living room-kitchen and the bathroom. Stairs leads up to the attic level with the sleeping areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, for example with a gas stove and an oven, and a dining table with chairs for enjoying meals together. The bathroom has a shower. On the attic level you can find a double sofa bed and two sleeping cabins, each with two single beds that can be joined into a double bed. The size of the cabin is 2.20 x 2.50 x 1.55m. Especially for children, the cabins provide a special holiday and adventure experience.

Santa Venerina is a town in Catania province and lies on the road leading to Etna. The town is famous for wine and spirits, such as “Fuoco dell’Etna” and “Murgo”. The central location of the holiday apartment on the east coast of Sicily enables all kinds of trips, whether to the sea, the hilly landscapes or the mountains. It is also ideal for a winter holiday with sports activities, as the nearest ski resorts on Etna are just 15 minutes away. The motorway exit of the A18 / ME / CT is just 3km away, while the sea is 6km away and Taormina and Etna are 15km away.

    “Wohnung liegt im Ortskern von Santa Venerina. Nachts ist es ruhig, ab morgens hört man auch mal den Verkehr. Die Terrasse ist nach außen kindersicher absperrbar. Ein Gratisparkplatz ist immer verfügbar.
    Die Betten sind sehr gut (eher hart). Im Obergeschoss gibt es neben dem Doppelbett zwei große Schlafkajüten in halber Zimmerhöhe. Sehr gemütlich bei eingeschränkter Privatsphäre, für Familien aber bestens geeignet. Im Erdgeschoss steht zusätzlich eine Schlafcouch.
    Die Küche ist technisch gut ausgestattet, auch die Waschmaschine ist einwandfrei. Optional können Austattungsgegenstände hinzugebucht werden. Handtücher kann man aber auch selbst mitbringen und waschen. Das spart viel Geld.
    Das Bad ist etwas klein geraten, was aber nur beim Duschen stört.
    Die Wohnung bietet zwei Fernseher und kostenfreies WLAN.
    An der Sauberkeit der Wohnung gab es nichts auszusetzen.
    Hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche Vermieter, der bei Problemen immer ansprechbar ist (englisch, besser italienisch).

    Fazit: Als Familie mit Kleinkind haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war dabei optimal. Ich kann die Wohnung daher weiterempfehlen.”
