This holiday accommodation is part of a two-family house and is located in the small village of Stazzema (440 m a.s.l.), in the hinterland of Versilia, in an area with wooded hills at the foot of the Apuan Alps. The building of ITV187 is at the beginning of the village, in a peripheral and panoramic position. Here you are 17 km from Pietrasanta, 18 km from Forte dei Marmi and the beaches of Versilia,50 km from Lucca and Pisa, 77 km from the Cinque Terre (Liguria) and approx. 120 km from Florence, which is an ideal destination for a day trip. From the grounds and the house you can enjoy panoramic views of some spectacular mountains of the Apuan Alps, the forests and the valley that slopes down to the sea. This area is mostly fresh and quiet in summer. The exterior of the house consists of a shared and open natural plot (1500 m2) on a hillside, which is partly created with meadow and plated with trees and bushes. In front of the accommodation there is private and furnished relaxation area, ideal for alfresco dining. Barbecue and wood oven for shared use. Public parking 20 m from the house. Nice walking and fishing (5 km the river Vezza) in the area. The holiday accommodation is spread over two floors. Ground floor: live-in kitchen, twin bedded room, WC. First floor: double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
