    “Das Ferienhaus ist in einem mieserablem Zustand: das WC (Plumpsklo) befindet sich ca. 10m vom Haus entfernt und wird leider nicht häufig entleert, im Haus befinden sich abstehende, abgetrennte Kabel unter anderem auch in der Dusche; Teilweise ist auch Schimmel zu finden, die Dusche befindet sich im Keller und ist nur mit Schuhen betretbar.
