Iris Apartment offers a luxury retreat and is perfect for a truly romantic and relaxing seaside holiday.

It is situated in newly built modern villa, just 50 meters from sea in a peaceful part of Lapad Peninsula. Its top floor position ensures magnificent unobstructed views of Gruz Harbour from the spacious terrace with cruise ships mingling just in front of you.
In 10 minutes stroll along the coast you can enjoy the famous Copacabana Beach. There are lots of delightful beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and bustling cafes all within easy walking distance. The closest supermarket is 200 meters down the street. Lovely seaside restaurant Orsan Yacht Club is within a few minutes walk. The bus station is 100 meters away and just 10 minutes ride to the historic part of Dubrovnik.

Iris Apartment has been lovingly decorated and tastefully furnished; with lots of natural light enable a welcoming & serene atmosphere providing complete relaxation. It can accommodate 4 persons with the possibility of 1 additional guest on the living room sofa bed.     “Sehr schöne Lage, top Aussicht über Dubrovnik, Wohnung sehr sauber, alles da was man im Urlaub braucht.
    Die Wohnung ist über 55 Stufen erreichbar.
    Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und spricht auch deutsch.
    Der Strand ist fußläufig 95 Stufen nach unten ca 400m entfernt.
    Strand top. Liegen und Schirm konnte man mieten.
    Viele Restaurants in 20min fußläufig erreichbar.
    Sehr empfehlenswert: Restaurant Trinity und Restaurant Baccus.
    Innenstadt sehr überlaufen. Rundgang auf der Stadtmauer sehr teuer (35 € pro Person).
    Hausberg unter anderem mit einer Seilbahn erreichbar (27 € pro Person).
    Abschließend... Es war wunderschön, sehr gerne wieder.”

    “Sehr schöne geräumige FEWO mit allen wichtigen Utensilien.
    angenehme Vermieterin, die auch Deutsch spricht.
    Vom Balkon, ein herrlicher Ausblick über den Hafen,
    das abwechslungsreiche eintreffen der Kreuzfahrtschiffe,
    die fast unbemerkt rein und rausfahren.
    Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

    “Sehr schöne große Wohnung mit Blick auf den Hafen. Ruhige Lage. Sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet. Sehr nette und freundliche Vermieterin. Parkplatzmöglichkeit vorhanden, sollte jedoch vorab mitgeteilt werden. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist absolut problemlos, wie haben vorab via SMS mit der Vermieterin (Iris) alles klären können, und das sogar auf deutsch :-) Günstige Mietmöglichkeit eines Bootes möglich. In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere Badeplätze, uns hat der Coral Beach am besten gefallen. Alles in allem TOP!!!”

    “Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, sauber und modern. Der Ausblick über den Hafen von Dubrovnik vom Balkon aus ist super. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und super hilfsbereit. Ein Supermarkt, einige Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Mit dem Auto kann man direkt vorm Haus parken. Wir haben uns insgesamt in der Wohnung sehr, sehr wohlgefühlt.”
