Private: garden 900 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden, swimming pool (4 x 9 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. In the house: central heating system. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 200 m, sandy beach "Arenal" 5 km. Tennis 2 km. Groups of teenagers on request only.

    “Das Haus liegt in einer sehr schönen Wohngegend von Javea. Das Objekt ist in einem guten Zustand und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.”

    “faciliteiten: 4 huisjes, de keuken is zeer goed uitgerust, alles aanwezig om echt te kunnen koken.
    barbecue vinden wij verouderd maar werkte goed. zwembad in orde en heel aangenaam
    netheid: 4 huisjes, alles was heel netjes en schoon toen we toekwamen, ook het linnengoed was zeer fris en schoon. In de kleinste slaapkamer gelijkvloers hing wel een sterke geur, vermoedelijk te maken met het houtwerk.
    wij vonden het heel positef (en noodzakelijk) dat we met 8 personen samen aan tafel konden zitten op het leuke terras.
    ligging: 4 huisjes waard voor ons omdat we niet elke dag naar het strand willen. alles ligt dichtbij, ook supermarkten. Je hebt wel een auto nodig, wandelen is niet aangewezen langs de wegen. heel rustige ligging en veel privacy
    prijs/kwaliteit: 4 huisjes, is in orde
    Goede service van bureau interhome: gasfles leeg, werd snel nieuwe geleverd en we gingen melden dat er even problemen waren met afvoer: werd ook meteen nagekeken.
    Is misschien wel klein minpunt: afvoer geen grote capaciteit.”
