Holiday apartments in an agriturismo with a swimming pool for communal use
These two holiday apartments are located in a agriturismo that is situated on a hill in the middle of a 70-hectare property with vineyards.
The agriturismo consists of a main building, which is surrounded by several adjacent buildings. The main building is a former convent dating from the 11th century, which once belonged to the Ospedale degli Innocenti di Firenze. The agriculatural operation produces Vino Nobile di Montepulciano as well as an extra virgin olive oil, which can be purchased on site.
A swimming pool, a terrace with a panoramic view, a sun terrace, a grill/barbecue and an oven with an adjoining roofed area are available to guests of the agriturismo for communal use. Furthermore, there are two small private lakes with fish. Finally, there is a laundry room on the property with a washing machine for communal use.
You will find a trattoria, grocery stores, a pharmacy, a post office, etc. approximately two kilometres from the agriturismo. There is a sulphur bath in Montepulciano. There are other thermal centres in the area, such as in Chianciano Terme and Bagno Vignoni. Within a radius 30-50 km, you will find the Terme di San Filippo, the thermal centre of Fonteverde in San Casciano dei Bagni, and the Terme di San Giovanni a Rapolano.
