Spacious holiday home with terrace and garden, direct access to the beach, ideal location by the sea

This holiday home has a perfect, quiet location by the sea, near the village that can be reached on foot. You have direct access to the fine sandy family beach, which is only 50 meters away without crossing the street.

This spacious, comfortable and well-equipped holiday home can accommodate up to eight people on 160 m². It is heated with oil. On the ground floor there is the large, bright living/dining room (35 m²) with fireplace, leather sofas, TV and DVD player. It opens to the terrace and the garden (sea side). The separate kitchen (17 m²) was completely renewed in 2018 and is fully equipped (5-burner stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, etc.). On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (14 m²) with a double bed (160 cm wide) and a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower/tub, which also offers a washing machine and a dryer. In total, the house has four bedrooms. The other three rooms are upstairs. The largest room (23 m²) with stunning sea views has a double bed (160 cm wide), the second bedroom (20 m²) has three 90 cm wide single beds and the third bedroom (11m ²) with beautiful sea views offers a single bed 110 cm wide. A cot is also available. A second bathroom and a second separate toilet are also available upstairs. All rooms (except kitchen and bathrooms) have a view of the sea and the lighthouse of Eckmühl in the background.

The 25 m² private terrace is located in front of the living room to the sea side. Furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue, it offers space to relax. You can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers in the garden. Under the outdoor shower you can shower off the sand after a day at the beach. You can park the car privately at the house or on the street in front of the house.

Generally pets are welcome on request if they will not have access to the bedrooms, the cleanness of the garden will be respected and neighbors will not be annoyed. In the high season on a case-by-case basis. Free internet access is available in the house.

The sea is less than 100 meters away. From the back of the garden you have direct access to the sandy beach through a gate, without having to cross the street. In the area there are many recreational opportunities for people who love the sea and the nature. Just behind the house, only 50 m away there is a family beach. There are also children's play areas and a four-year sailing school, also windsurfing, diving, hiking, cycling and horse riding are possible activities. On your explorations you can see interesting chapels and impressive megaliths. An attraction is also the return of the coastal ships every night, the landing of the fish and the following auction. The exhibition "Haliotika" in the harbor makes you discover the maritime world. In summer, you can visit folklore festivals to experience the authenticity and richness of Brittany. Try local seafood, fresh seafood, shellfish and delicious crepes and galettes. Shops and restaurants can be found at a distance of about 900 meters from the house.

    “Wir hatten dieses Haus zusammen mit Freunden gebucht und waren begeistert.

    Insbesondere die außergewöhnliche Lage direkt hinter den Dünen ist einzigartig. Ein kurzer Fußweg von ca. 100 m durch die Dünen führt zu den kilometerlangen und wunderschönen Stränden von Guilvinec.

    Das Haus (besser: die Doppelhaushälfte) hat einen kleinen, schön eingewachsenen Garten, der zum Meer ausgerichtet ist. Die Räume sind großzügig geschnitten. Die Küche ebenfalls groß und funktionell.

    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.”
