The charmingly furnished newly renovated holiday apartment on the southern outskirts of Dresden is on the ground floor of a detached house, in the second row and in a quiet location.Well-presented holiday apartment with a terrace in a quiet location, discover the charming surroundings on walks and trips and don’t miss a trip to Dresden

In the outdoor area, a terrace with garden furniture and a parasol invite you to relax. A grill can also be provided. The parking space is right in front of the apartment in the courtyard.

The apartment measures 45m² and comprises a living room with a sofa bed and a view of the garden, a bedroom with a comfortable box spring bed and a children’s travel bed, a kitchen with a dining space and equipped with all the important kitchen utensils, a tiled bathroom with a shower and WC, as well as a washing machine and dryer. It is a non-smoking apartment and partially has under-floor heating.

The nearby Windberg and the former railway bank of the Windberg railway invite you to go walking and hiking. It is an ideal starting point for visiting Dresden or going on trips to Pillnitz, Moritzburg or the Saxon Switzerland. It is possible to take public transport into the centre of Dresden.

If you do not know exactly when you will be able to collect the key, it can be deposited in a key safe.
