Modern half of a duplex house with a roofed terrace

The house is on a holiday complex, where the majority of the residences are used exclusively by the owners for short periods.

The half of a duplex house has two floors and has a living space of around 100m². The ground floor has a kitchen with a stove, fridge and dishwasher, a fully furnished living room with a TV, a comfortable seating group, and a view of the sea. There is a bathroom with a shower, WC and washing machine. On this floor there is also a modern bedroom with a double bed. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and two guest beds. There are also two bathrooms. Both toilets are toilet and bidet combinations.

Under the house there is a large garage with an extra fridge and various outdoor games. The garden is on two levels. In the lower garden there are a terrace, a small lawn and a fountain, while the upper garden has a large area of lawn and a large terrace. Apart from the garden furniture, the roofed terrace has four garden chairs, two small tables and four sun loungers with cushions. There is also an outdoor kitchen with a grill.

The complex has a shared pool, a tennis court, and direct access to the beach.

It is about 500 metres to the locality of Badolato Marina, with a supermarket and individual shops, as well as a bank, a post office and several restaurants that are open all year round.
