Modern ground-floor apartment with a view of Hiddensee

The apartment is on the island of Rügen in Lancken on the Wittow peninsula, between the Baltic Sea and the bodden, just 800 metres from the beautiful natural beach with a view of Hiddensee.

The cosy terrace leaves nothing to be desired, with a table, chairs, a parasol and a grill. There are two parking spaces in front of the house.

The house was completed in 2012. The apartment is suitable for four to five people and is fully-furnished and equipped. It has a living room with an open kitchen and access to the terrace, as well as two bedrooms with a double bed, a bathroom with a modern shower and a washing machine. The first bedroom has a double bed 180c m wide, a wardrobe and bedside tables. The second bedroom has a double bed 140cm wide, a dresser and bedside tables. The living room comprises a lounge area with a sofa, satellite TV, a DVD player and radio, and a dining and cooking area with an open kitchen equipped with an electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table. The bathroom has a window, washing machine, massage shower, washbasin and WC. The hallway has cloakroom space and a shoe cupboard.

Nearby you can find supermarkets, restaurants, a riding farm, a swimming pool, bicycle hire, ferries, a petrol station, doctor, pharmacy etc.

The whole apartment has under-floor heating and all the floors are tiled. All the windows are fitted with blinds. Bed linen and towels can be provided for a fee. Small dogs are allowed on request. During the main season the owners can smoke fresh fish for their holiday guests. The apartment has a big freezer, useful for fishing enthusiasts.

    “Sehr angenehme Wohnung, auch bei mal schlechtem Wetter einen guten Aufenthalt garantierend. Positiv: Große helle Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche!), gute Betten.
    Sehr freundliche zurückhaltende Vermieter, die nebenan wohnen. Negativ: Also, um Hiddensee zu sehen, muß man schon ein Stück laufen, was aber eigentlich nix ausmacht.”

    “Ausstattung: toll, es war alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren zwei Muttis mit zwei Kleinkindern.
    Lage: gute, ruhige Lage, gemütlicher Spaziergang 10 Minuten an den Strand.
    Zustand: sehr gut.
    Sauberkeit: sehr gut, alles sauber, tolle Dusche.
    Preis: Preis/Leistung okay.”

    “Hübsche und moderne Wohnung in schöner Lage im Neubaugebiet von Lancken bei Dranske. Optimal innen wie außen aufgeteilt, vermittelt es das Gefühl ein ganzes Haus angemietet zu haben. Alles ist neu, das Bad hat sogar eine Dusche mit Radio usw. Draußen kann man auf der Terrasse sitzen und gleichzeitig den liebevoll angelegten Garten genießen. Die Liegestühle laden zum Faulenzen ein. Die Küche hat alles, was nötig ist - sogar einen Backofen. Die Vermieter sind nett und zurückhaltend. Die Fass-Sauna wärmt so richtig durch, wenn es draußen mal kühler ist. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert.”

    “Positiv: Sauber und ruhig gelegen, gepflegte Inneneinrichtung, nette Vermieter.

    Negativ: Bei kälteren Aussentemperaturen kein selbstständiges Einschalten der Heizung möglich, Vermieter wohnt gleich hinter einer Trennwand im selben Haus, Holzkohlengrill nicht wirklich benutzbar, da Grillrost verkrustet und ohne Drahtbürste sowie hohem Arbeitsaufwand nicht benutzbar.”
