Cosy block house with a sauna house nearby

This block house enjoys a quiet and central location for skiing, hiking, hunting, fishing and canoeing, near Kittelfjäll in Lapland in Sweden.

The holiday house has a 50m² open living and sleeping room with a 15m² attic. It has a double bed and there are plenty of mattresses for further guests. Children can sleep in the attic. The house has a sitting corner with a TV. The holiday house has a bathroom with a shower and WC. The fully-equipped kitchen has a fridge with a little freezer compartment, a stove, oven and microwave. There is hot and cold water.

The block house is on a private and very large site. In front of the house there is a little veranda with seating. There is a new sauna house right nearby with a whirlpool, sauna and relaxation room (payable).

The holiday house is in a great location and in quiet surroundings with a beautiful landscape. You can ski about 500 metres away. There is a beautiful lake about 2km away.

    “Wir haben in dieser Hütte eine Woche im August verbracht und uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Es handelt sich um eine kleine, gemütliche Hütte, die schön eingerichtet ist. Die Hütte ist vom Platzangebot für zwei Personen mit viel Gepäck (Rucksäcke etc.) mehr als ausreichend. Aber auch 2 Kinder finden auf der Empore ausreichend Platz. Die Hütte und die Einrichtung (Bad, Küche, Geschirr etc.) waren sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung ist komplett und zweckmäßig. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Bett ist komfortabel und ausreichend groß. Von der Hütte aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Bergpanorama. Die Hütte liegt nahe an der Hauptstraße, aber sehr ruhig (wenig Verkehr im August). In der Nähe gibt es eine Tankstelle und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit (Grundbedarf). Weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Dikanäs. Der Vermieter wohnt in Sichtweite (abgetrennt durch Bäume und Büsche). Er ist freundlich und zurückhaltend, dabei sehr hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist kein Problem.

Veel ruimte rond het huis, Gratis advies van de huisbaas voor mooie wandelingen en kleine supermarkt op loopafstand,”
