29 km north of Kuusamo, Ruka village (Western Ruka) 150m. Holiday apartment, built in 2002, combined kitchen/living room, bedroom (downstairs): double bed 160 cm, bedroom (upstairs, no door, but child safety gate):2 separate beds 80 cm, living room: sofa (extrabed for 2), electric sauna.
Area of the apartment 61 m²: downstairs 47 m², upstairs 14 m². Apartment situated near Central Ruka area, next to Ruka Village, at the foot of the front slope. Nearest ski lifts Talvijärvi and Kuru. Balcony towards Ski Stadium (no view).
Other distances: Oulanka National Park / Pieni Karhunkierros Trail 23km, Riisitunturi Fell 29km.
Additional information: Suitable for family and business use. Storage for skis and firewood. Pets are not allowed, but the owner's own dog visits the apartment occasionally and therefore apartment is not suitable for allergic persons.
During New Year and Epiphany bed linen for all guests and increased final cleaning fee will be added in all reservations.
Reservations start at 16.00 and end at 12.00 (also in weekend bookings).
