Holiday apartment with a terrace and a garden on the edge of a forest, ideal for families

This is a quietly situated holiday apartment on the ground floor on Nibelungenstrasse with a terrace and a garden, as a starting point for hiking and cycling tours in nature and many trip destinations. You can follow the trail of Romans, Räuber Hotzenplotz or Siegfried and Hagen.

It is a holiday apartment that can be used all year round of around 85m² on the ground floor of the house on the edge of a forest. The apartment is all on one floor and consists of three rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed. A cot can be provided for toddlers. The big living room provides access to a terrace and garden. A TV, radio, DVD player and telephone are provided. The kitchen has a table with four chairs and is equipped with a ceramic hob, cooker hood, dishwasher, fridge and freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, as well as a toilet. There is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. A hairdryer is available. All the rooms, apart from the kitchen and bathroom, are fitted with smoke alarms. It is ideal for families with children, the elderly (although the apartment is not barrier-free), active holiday-makers or simply for up to four adults to relax. Pets are allowed on request.

There is a children’s playground a three-minute walk away, but not within earshot. The apartment has a terrace and a garden.

You can have Sunday breakfast in the nearby café, a two-minute walk away. The Odenwald are romantic forested mountains between the Rhine, Main and Neckar. The landscape and the many legends surrounding the castles make it fabulously beautiful. The authentic natural landscape with healthy air, romantic valleys and river courses, streams and lakes invites you to go walking and cycling on signposted trails.

    “Preiswert, groß, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, sogar die Esszimmerstühle sind bequem und die Ledercouch sowieso. Voll ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst - naja - vielleicht eine Taschenlampe bei der Nacht-Runde mit unserem Hund - um 23 Uhr gehen nämlich die Straßenlampen aus. Die Lage ist gut, man hat einen wundervollen Ausblick auf Wiesen und Felder.”
