The village of Schwerin is situated in the Brandenburg landscape rich in lakes and forests, between the German capital Berlin and the Spreewald, neighboring towns are Teupitz and the village Groß-Köris. The village of Schwerin is located on the edge of the wildlife park Dahme-Heideseen and only one hour by car or train away from the city centre of Berlin and Potsdam. Schwerin is almost completely surrounded by lakes. The lakes are parts of a chain that begins with the Teupitzer See lake, continues with the Zemminsee lake and stretches on to the river Dahme towards Berlin.

The holiday house Drei am Zemminsee is situated on the South edge of the Zemminsee lake. The house includes three apartments. Each of them has the same ground plan. The apartments are constructed on top of each other and located on the ground floor (620186), on the upper floor (620183) and on the top floor.

The apartment on the top floor has about 60 m2 floor space and has a combined room with sleeping, sitting and dining area, a bed- or children’s room, a fitted kitchen with a hatch to the dining area and a bathroom.

The apartment is equipped with 4 beds, as stackable beds, therefore more floorspace - especially in case of bad weather, panorama glazing in the lake-sided combined room, armchairs and coffee table in the living area, dining area with a big table, television (Astra satellite), wardrobe, curtains and window blinds, fitted kitchen with refrigerator including freezing compartment, 4 Ceran-hot plates, oven, microwave, exhauster hood, dish-washer, kitchen equipment, pots, cutlery, toaster, coffee machine, bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower, electric hairdryer, cupboard and towel racking and coat rack in the corridor. The underfloor heating and the tiled floors in all rooms produce a pleasant room climate.
There are garden tables and armchairs for free use. A barbecue area is set up near by the waterfront. A grill is available.

One set of bed linen and two towels per person are for free use.

By special agreement we make a baby's high chair available.

All apartments are suitable for people suffering from allergies and are non-smoker apartments. Therefore it is not possible to bring pets to the accommodation.

The panorama glazing and the large waterfront area of the lake offer an attractive view across the landscape and the lake.
There is only a distance of 20 meters between the house and the large waterfront area of the lake for best conditions of swimming and other water sports.

Because of its natural beauty the Brandenburg area invites to extensive excursions on foot, by boat or by bicycle. It is an ideal area particularly for families and nature lovers.

    “Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Betten sind bequem und die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Der Ausblick (Dachgeschoss) war für uns perfekt, wie auch der direkte Zugang zum See.”

    “Diese Unterkunft können wir nur weiterempfehlen, sie ist sehr modern und trotzdem zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Küche ist in einem Top-Zustand und alle Gegenstände (Geschirr, Besteck,Kaffeemaschine,Toaster,...) sind neuwertig.
    Auch die anderen Räume sind für einen Urlaub praktisch und schön ausgestattet.
    Im Garten stehen auch alle üblichen Dinge, wie Grill, Gartenmöbel usw. zur Verfügung.
    Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
