Das gemütliche Landhaus ist restauriert worden und verfügt über eine Wohnküche mit TV, DVD und Heizung im ganzen Haus und eine Toilette im Erdgeschoss.Auf der ersten Etage befinden sich zwei Schlafzimmer, eins mit einem Doppelbett und TV. Das andere Zimmer hat ein 90 cm Bett, das zu einem Etagenbetten umgewandelt werden könnte, also ideal für zwei Kinder.
Sowohl die Treppe als auch die Fußböden der Räume sind aus Holz. Das Dach des Hauses besteht aus sichtbaren Holzbalken.
Ein Grill, Gartenmöbel auf der Veranda und ein Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück des Hauses runden das Angebot ab. Das gesamte Grundstück ist mit einer Mauer, Holz und einer natürlichen Hecke umgeben.
