Apartment in Playa De La Calera with Private Parking and Enjoy Views

The building consists of a two-story house on a plot with isolated front and rear gardens. The first floor has a large kitchen open to living room from which to enjoy views of the back garden. It also has a covered terrace ideal for your meals. In the back of the garden is a small solarium with all you need to enjoy the sun and stunning views of the Cliff "La Merica". The ground floor also has a bright bathroom with shower 140 * 80. On the top floor of the house is a bathroom, three bedrooms. The first bedroom with sea views and the garden has a terrace. The second and third bedrooms, one double and one single, have a attractive balcony overlooking La Merica and Teguergenche.

The house is rented with everything you need for your enjoyment counting with a private parking space at the entrance, barbecue, garden shower and many more extras to enjoy some unforgettable days in Valle Gran Rey

Both kitchens has a toaster, kettle, espresso machine and electric, cooker, blender ... etc.

Casa Askanova is rented in different options:

1-4 persons : First and second floor (But if the customer want, they could rent the whole house too.)
5 persons: All house ( ground floor, first and second floor)

In case the customer are 4 persons, the apartment Askanova can be rented to another customer.
Askanova House is 5 minutes drive from the beach of La Calera, and a few minutes drive from the natural reserve of Valle Gran Rey and 25 minutes drive from Garajonay National Park. It is also the ideal starting point for hiking and active sightseeing.

    “leider fehlte wie angepriesen der Föhn die Musikanlage und der Toaster ansonsten mangelte es an Sauberkeit. Das Haus war ziemlich zentral und der Atlantik in der Nähe dafür drei Punkte Punkte”

    “Prima huis, ruime tuin. In het centrum van het plaatsje maar toch rustig gelegen. 5 min lopen naar de winkeltjes, supermarkt, bakker, strand, restaurants etc.”
