This home in Puntera is located on a hill and hence has a beautiful view of the Rasker Bay and Kvarner Bay. The 200-year-old duplex holiday home was renovated in 2012 with a blend of modern and traditional features and bestows a certain charm upon the house. There is a spacious yard with a barbecue, kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, three bathrooms and various children’s play equipments. In the part of the courtyard, which is reached through a activity room, you have complete privacy, where you can relax on quality garden rattan, while your kids have fun on the swings or the seesaw. A variety of activities are available in Manjadvorci and Glavani such as the equestrian centre, adventure park, bicycle rentals and exclusive restaurants with spa and much more. The tenants of the second half of the semi-detached house use one part of the yard as access to their property.

    “Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Es liegt am Ende der Strasse total ruhig. Die Bewohner des angrenzenden Grundstücks haben wir kaum bemerkt. Das Haus und Grundstück waren absolut sauber. Es gibt verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Rückzugsmöglichkeit. Den Pool und den Grill haben wir täglich ausgiebig genutzt. Für Familien mit Kindern wäre es ideal, aber auch als gemischte Gruppe von Freunden haben wir uns wohl gefühlt.

    Die Vermieter waren sehr um unser Wohl bemüht und gastfreundlich. Wir haben uns ehrlich willkommen gefühlt.”

    “Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Alles da, von Spülmaschine bis Waschmaschine. Haus ist groß genug für 10 Personen. Meine ganze Familie hatte gut Platz. Die Enkelkinder waren ganz begeistert vom Pool und vom Billardraum. Haus liegt zwar etwas abseits, aber tägliche Einkäufe kann man unmittelbarer Nähe machen. Im Großen und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden, vor allem die Ruhe war zum Erholen sehr gut.”

    “Alle Angaben in der Anzeige sind korrekt, wir haben das Haus genau wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Absolut ruhige Lage, tolle Ausstattung, supernette Vermieter, die sich sehr kümmern und uns herzlich empfangen und verabschiedet haben. Auch zwischendurch, beim dreitägigen Wechsel der Handtücher, haben sie immer gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist, oder etwas fehlt oder defekt ist. Tolle Tipps für den Bezug von Wein (lose vom Fass - lecker!!) oder für Freizeitaktivitäten wurden auf Anfrage gerne gegeben. Aus der Lagebeschreibung kann der aufmerksame Leser schon eine gewisse Abgelegenheit erkennen. Wer das sucht, ist hier genau richtig.
    Sehr zu empfehlen ist übrigens die Pizzeria Zara in Barban. Zu Fuß in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen.”
