Holiday house with a sauna, by the edge of the forest
If you are looking for peace and quiet and to relax from stressful everyday life, then our holiday house is just the right place for you. The house stands alone by the edge of a forest. You can enjoy an all-round view of the surrounding mountain world and the valley from the sunny terrace. There are many restaurants and wine inns nearby, inviting you to call in.
The house provides 90m² of living space. The cellar has a free sauna with four loungers, a shower and a home trainer. The cellar is accessed down a stairway from the ground floor. The ground floor has a fully-equipped kitchen with an electric hob and oven, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as an adjoining dining space with a big table, a bench and chairs. Right next to the dining space there is the tiled fireplace stove with cosy seating on the heated bench. There is also a pull-out sofa and a flatscreen TV. The living room has a door opening onto the terrace. A stairway leads to the first floor with a toilet, a shower next door and two bedrooms, one with a double bed, a sofa and access to a balcony, the other with two single beds. This room is also suitable for children.
The terrace provides garden furniture for sitting and enjoying the view. A couple of metres from the terrace, our grill house invites you to enjoy leisurely grill experiences after an extensive hike. Children can look forward to our playground just a couple of metres from the house with a witch’s house and they can also explore nature. There is a roofed area to park a car, with access to the front door.
The price per week is the same for less than 4 people. Guests under 16 years old do not pay local tourist tax.
If you like sports activities, then nearby Klippitztörl offers excellent skiing in winter and a summer luge and climbing trail in summer. You can also find a climbing garden and quad excursions by Hotel Moselebauer. On hot summer days you can cool off at the lakes Klopeinersee or Wörthersee. Within about 45 km you can also find the Aqualux Fohnsdorf and Nova Köflach thermal baths.
