This holiday home is situated close to the beach in quiet, lush green surroundings near the city centre of Rab. This elegant holiday home on the ground floor has a large dining room and a kitchen that leads to a covered terrace. You can enjoy your morning coffee and the view of the beautiful, cultural landscape from the terrace. There is a hot tub located next to the house, for you to relax. There are two bedrooms, a covered and an open terrace on the first floor. The floors are connected to each other by an internal staircase. Beaches and shops in the centre are at a walkable distance through the boardwalk lined by pine trees. The boardwalk is well shaded. The town called Lopar with its well-tended beaches is worth a visit.
