Only few minutes away from charming town of Herceg Novi and nearest beaches of the settlement Meljine lies authentic village Lastva and this beautiful holiday house surrounded by nature. Interior placed on two floors is pleasantly decorated and equipped. Spacious outdoors is filled with wine grapes, olive trees and grass areas. Dominated feature is a large swimming pool ideal for relaxation and fun of all family members. Living area is placed on the above floor which offers view over the sea. Floors are connected with indoor stairs but each has it’s own entrance. Large covered terrace is a spot for gatherings along with delicious grilled meal.

    “Lage des Hauses: sehr außerhalb gelegen. Der Weg von der Straße bis zum Haus war schlecht und lang. Das war vor allem bei Gegenverkehr sehr nervenaufreibend. Knapp 4,5 km sehr schlechte Straße zum kleinen nächstgelegenen Supermarkt ist sehr nervig. Das Haus selber ist sehr groß und gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und wurde täglich gereinigt.     “Ein tolles Haus, großer Pool, nette Vermieter, hat uns extra eine Kaffeemaschine und Auflagen für die Liegen besorgt. Das Haus liegt sehr einsam und zu Geschäften und Gastronomie muss auf schlechter Straße ein Weg von ca. 8 km zurückgelegt werden. Für Kinder schönes Gelände, allerdings kein Nichtschwimmerbereich im Pool.”
