Die beiden Apartments "HARZgeNUSS" befinden sich einmal im Erdgeschoss und zum zweiten im 1. Obergeschoss unseres Fachwerkhauses aus dem 19. Jahrhundert, am Rand der Altstadt. In gemütlichen 8 Gehminuten befinden Sie sich inmitten des historischen Stadtkerns, ebenso im Wald oder am Bahnhof.
Die Innenausstattung ist individuell, modern und elegant und doch natürlich. Auf 100 m² ist Platz zum Erholen. Das historische Schloss, den Brocken und die Wälder haben Sie stets im Blick.
In unserem Garten sind Flora und Fauna noch intakt, als Nutzgarten, Ziergarten und in den Tiergehegen. Gern dürfen Sie sich umschauen,"begreifen", in der Sonne baden, grillen etc.
Achtung: in der Zeit vom 30.05. bis 04.06.2016 finden auf dem Grundstück vor den Wohnungen Pflasterarbeiten statt. Für Interessenten wird in diesem Zeitraum der Übernachtungspreis um 15% reduziert.
Das Haus ist integriert in eine gute Infrastruktur. Bäcker, Metzger sind in 500m erreichbar. Supermärkte liegen nahe und doch in gebührendem Abstand, ebenso Apotheke, Arzt, Zahnarzt, Krankenhaus und Bolz- und Spielplätze.
Holiday in a timber-framed house with a garden, small animals and bees
Our two apartments are on the ground floor and first floor and are part of a three-family house. Together they are suitable for 12 people and two small children, and individually each for up to 6 people and a small child. Supplementary beds for more than six people are available at an additional charge.
This apartment is on the first floor of our three-storey timber-framed house, which was built in 1900 and was completely refurbished in 1994. This apartment was set up as a generous 104m² holiday apartment in 2009. It is comfortable and elegant. No room is alike, each has a charming individual design. There are three bedrooms, one with two beds, the second with a double bed and a junior bed, and the third with a double bed. The bathroom has a bath, two washbasins and a WC. The apartment also has a living room and a kitchen.
The enclosed site is generously surrounded by garden. There are seating groups for our guests amidst the lush green. The flora and fauna here are unspoilt.
You are welcome to take part in feeding the hens, ducks and rabbits on request. We also offer information about bees. Families with three children or more do not pay local tourist taxes for the third and further children.
