Apartment in two-family hous in the countryside with panoramic view and large garden

"Il Melograno" is an apartment in a two-family house on two floors with independent entrance, a prorietà private, fenced garden of five thousand square meters. and an adjacent vineyard of two hectares, is located in the countryside,two km from the village, along a quiet road.

The garden is equipped with garden furniture (table and four chairs) and a hammock, which is positioned well shaded. There is a courtyard behind the house, where you can park. There is also an area used for the barbecue.

Interior layout: On the ground floor living room with sofa bed, small bathroom with washing machine and dining room with kitchenette. Upstairs 1 bedroom (double bed - separated upon request), bathroom with shower. Facilities include: crockery / cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee maker, electric kettle, juicer, fondue set, gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, linens, towels, linens, blankets , quilts, pillows.

The apartment is located in the countryside, in a hill with panoramic view (on the countryside and vineyards), no other buildings in front of or adjacent. Restaurants, public transport, shops and services (Hall, Pharmacy etc ...) are in the medieval village of Dozza (two km), or in nearby Toscanella (two km). The village of Dozza is a well-preserved medieval town, is known for its features murals painted by famous artists during the "Wall Painting Biennial" and is part of the circuit "The Most Beautiful Villages of Italy".
