Beautiful villa "Batavia". In the district of Balcón al Mar, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position in the residential district, 6 km from the sea. Private: garden 1'300 m2 (fenced), swimming pool (5 x 10 m, depth 150 - 250 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (19 steps) to the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km, shingle beach "Granadella" 6 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

    “Die Lage und die Aussicht ist ein Traum. Das Haus ist alles in allem ein sehr schönes Haus und der Pool war Sauber und gepflegt. Leider war das Haus in einem nicht so rosigen Zustand. Die Rattanmöbel sind bei Berührung zerbröselt und bei Anlehnung an dem Steingeländer gab dieses nach. In der Küche waren die Türen nicht mehr mit den Geräten verbunden (Kühlschrank...). Im Bad war der Wasserhahn Kaputt und in der Dusche war das Silikon schwarz. Es waren noch diverse kleinere Mängel. Im großen und ganzen war der Urlaub sehr schön, die Lage der Hammer. Der Preis war für den Zustand des Haus nicht angemessen. Spitzen-Ort, man ist zwar auf ein Auto angewiesen, aber die Leute sind freundlich, und man ist in 5 Min. bei verschiedenen Geschäften angelangt. 10 Min. bis zum Sandstrand hinter dem sich auch eine Promenade befindet mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Mode- und Souveniergeschäfte.
