Apartments in a residence of 27 units, consisting of 2-storey cottages, degrading on a hillside in a panoramic position, overlooking the lake. The apartments are located on the ground floor or first floor and all have garden or balcony, with views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. The residence, surrounded by nature, has a pool and paddling pool. At 2 km there is a private beach where, at discounted prices, you can make use of motor boats, pedal boats, canoes, kayaks and mountain bikes. Distances: 15 km Verbania. The photographs of the interiors of the apartments are examples. Baby bed on request (upon payment). Availability of E-bikes (against payment) and of a charging station for electric cars at the property's parking lot. Arrivals have to take place before 6 p.m.

    “Verouderd (kasten hangen scheef, koelkast werkt niet naar behoren wat erg lastig is als het heel warm is), geen materiaal voor 5 personen aanwezig (weinig glazen, weinig, weinig tassen, ...). Deuren en ramen sluiten heel slecht, wegens verouderd.
    Alles is in verouderde staat, ook het zwembad. Lichten aan het zwembad hangen los.
    Stoelen op het terras vallen bijna uit elkaar.

    Het uitzicht vanop het balkon is grandioos, maar is zijn prijs toch wel niet waard, gezien de verouderde toestand van het appartement zelf.

    WIFI is zogezegd aanwezig, maar dan moet je wel naar het zwembad, want vanop ons appartement geen enkel bereik. Jammer, ook weeral voor die prijs.

    Voor die prijs hadden we toch iets meer comfort mogen krijgen en een iets verzorgderde staat van het appartement.
