Schön windgeschützt und in grüner Umgebung findet man dieses 70 m2 gr. Ferienhaus mit zugehörigem 28 m2 gr. Annex. Es liegt im Ferienhausgebiet Alperna in Hunnebostrand/Ulebergshamn. Zu Fuß erreicht man das schöne Badeufer bei Hästedalen m. Strandlinie, Felsen, Toilette, Umkleide und Kiosk im Sommer. Die Einrichtung im Haus ist gemütlich rustikal, mit mehreren Jagdtrophäen an den Wänden. Der gr. gemauerte Kamin trägt zum Wohlbefinden bei. Von der Küche Zugang zur Veranda an der Rückseite m. kl. Räucherofen für Fisch. Auf einer Anhöhe wurde ein Sitzplatz mit Abendsonne eingerichtet.

Im angebauten Annex "Trollstugan", übersetzt das Trolle-Haus genannt, hängen an den Wänden selbstgefertigte Gemälde der Eigentümerin, allesamt mit dem Fabelwesen Troll als Motiv. Hier stehen eine eigene Kochnische, Dusche/WC sowie 1DB und eine Liege f. Kinder/Jugendliche bereit. Kein Meerblick vom Haus.

Ein Picknick auf dem Berg ganz in der Nähe, mit Meerblick zum Bootsverkehr, ist eine schöne Art den Urlaubstag ausklingen zu lassen. Diverse Radwege in der Gegend laden zum Aktivsein an frischer Luft ein. Die Schärenorte liegen unweit, ein Tennisplatz findet sich im Gebiet. In Hunnebostrand ist das Stenhuggarmuseet einen Abstecher wert. Ebenso der beliebte Anlegesteg von Smögen mit hübschen Läden und Restaurants.

Es wäre wirklich alles schön gewesen, wenn wir nicht bereits am dritten Tag in einer völlig inakzeptablen und respektlosen Art vom unmittelbaren Nachbarn angefeindet worden wären.
