This spacious holiday home, with it's enclosed garden, is situated in Nybrostrand, a few kilometres from Ystad. It features a heated swimming pool and a sauna, as well as a beautiful garden with a large terrace. The beach is within walking distance. This is the perfect place for a luxurious holiday.

The house features a well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, with a fireplace and a television set. There are a total of four bedrooms. One features a double bed, the second a double extra bed and a single bed.. The third has one single bed and the fourth has one extra bed. In total, the house sleeps seven people. There are two bathrooms, one containing a WC and a wash basin, the other containing a WC, wash basin,shower washing machine, and dryer. There is also a second shower next to the sauna.

Your house is just a few kilometres from Ystad, one of southern Sweden's most beautiful towns. This is the town where the Wallander films and TV-series were shot! Ystad offers a lot of sights, such as he monastery, Munkaklostret, and the cathedral. Be sure to visit the museum and the theatre. The whole area of Österlen is delightful with it's beautiful countryside, it's picturesque little towns, and it's many art galleries.

You mustn't forget to visit the beautiful harbour, Kåseberga hamn, where you can buy fresh fish. A path leads from the harbour up a hill to the famous ancient remains, Ales Stenar. The Danish island Bornholm is another suitable destination for a day trip.

    “Lage, Ausstattung. Terrasse mit Kamin. Grösse des Hauses. Strand Wanderungen. Kivik. Sandhamn. Ystad. Kaseberga mit Fiskrökeri. Naheliegenden Kiosk mit frischen Brötchen für das Frühstück im grillimbiss. Nähe zum Strand.”
