    “Ausstattung war sehr gut, nur die Beschattung am Balkon könnte besser sein. Hausleute sehr nett, wohnen nur am Wochenende im Haus. Zentrale Lage, zum Stadtstrand und zum Taxiboot, welches auf die Halbinsel mit den vielen Badebuchten fährt. In die Altstadt ist es zu Fuß auch nur ca.10 Minuten. Nur die Aussicht ist nicht so optimal. Vor sich nur den Berg, aber grün. Ich werde wahrscheinlich wieder dort wohnen. Preis ok. Zu Fuß alles erreichbar. Ca 10 Minuten zum Einkaufen. Spielplatz und Strand in 50 m. Sehr ruhig gelegen.”

    “Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss; Sauberkeit, Ausstattung in Ordnung, auch in der Küche alles vorhanden - Lage sehr zentral - Hausvermieter auch sehr nett.
    Das einzige Manko ist, dass abrissbedürftige Nachbarhaus, welches für die Siedlung ein Schandfleck ist, angeblich war dies mal ein Sanatorium. Aber wie erwähnt, Preis-Leistung ist okay.”

Es hat sich gelohnt, mehr Geld für die Wohnung am Meer auszugeben, da es sehr schwierig oder teuer mit dem Parken in Wassernähe ist.
