    “Das knapp zehn Jahre alte Haus ist in einem äußerst gepflegten Zustand, was sowohl die jeweiligen Räume als auch das großzügige Außengelände betrifft. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist tiptop gepflegt - von Schimmel oder Kalk keine Spur. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Das Grundstück, das sich in einer Sackgasse befindet, ist nicht abschließbar, die Garage nutzt der Besitzer für anderweitige Zwecke und steht nicht zur Verfügung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist überragend, allerdings sollten vor allem Besucher in der Winterzeit beachten, dass mit einer Fußbodenheizung geheizt wird und das kann trotz moderater Energiekosten (10 Cent/kWh) erheblich ins Geld gehen (bis zu 70 Euro Extrakosten hierfür sind im Winter nicht utopisch). Kleiner Tipp: Heizlüfter mitnehmen. Auch sollten Reisende bedenken, dass es aufgrund der Lage (450 Meter) selbst noch in den Monaten Mai und Juni empfindlich kühl sein kann - auch tagsüber. Landschaftlich aber ist die Gegend zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert.”
