Holiday apartment with a garden and a terrace, situated right by a downhill ski piste



Spend your holiday in this lovely holiday apartment for eight people and discover the Wilder Kaiser Brixental ski world. The luxurious and tastefully decorated six-room apartment of 140m², for two to eight people, is on the ground floor. It is right by the cable cars and the downhill ski piste.



The apartment has a big living room (30m²) with a sofa, a dining table and a big flatscreen TV, as well as access to the terrace and the conservatory, with a cosy tiled fireplace stove and seating. There is an open kitchen with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (capsules), big fridge with freezer etc., as well as a cosy sitting corner for eight people. The apartment has four double bedrooms with double box spring beds (140 x 200cm). There are two bathrooms with a WC. One of the bathrooms was fully renovated in 2015.



The house has a terrace and a garden (150m²) with garden furniture and a conservatory. There are private parking spaces right by the house. Outdoor stairs lead to the new front door.



In the immediate vicinity there are the cable cars (about 150 metres away) to Kitzbühel and the Wilder Kaiser ski resort. The piste (snow cannons) goes right past the doorstep. There are a lake and an outdoor swimming pool about 300 metres away. The two-family house is in a quiet and sunny location right near all the important infrastructures. A car is not necessary.

    “die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und bietet ausreichend Platz für sieben Personen. Zu der Wohnung gehören zwei Terrassen mit Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Gasgrill.
    Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.
    Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder dorthin fahren.”

    “Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern in der Wohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat jederzeit Auskunft gegeben. Die Wohnung ist großräumig mit einer guten Zimmerverteilung, sodass man durchaus auch eine Rückzugmöglichkeit hat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, wir haben alles für eine Selbstversorgung vorgefunden, einschließlich eines riesigen Gasgrills. Die Terrasse ist groß und bietet Platz zum Spielen und einen direkten Zugang zu den Hangwiesen. Der Supermarkt und der Skilift sind fußläufig in 4 Minuten erreichbar. Die Region bietet ausreichend Freizeitmöglichkeiten.”

    “Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen und sollte man mal was benötigen, die Gerda (Vermieterin) kümmert sich liebevoll. Reichlich Geschirr, Handtücher, Babybett, es fehlt an nichts. Es war alles sehr sauber wir können es nur weiterempfehlen! Ein Dankeschön an die Vermieterin und an die Schwiegermutter.”
