Restored farmhouse located inside a complex split in 8 apartments. Ideal position for reaching easily the most interesting destinations in Tuscany. At 400 m. from the house there is a synthetic grass tennis court (payment on site). The town of San Gimignano, with its historical monuments, is part of the UNESCO heritage. The town, already populated at the Etruscan time, is on a hill 334m above sea level and with its towers dated back to the 11th and 12th century dominates Val d'Elsa. Thanks to its location, along pilgrims' routes, reached already in the 10th century wealth and importance, as showed by many churches and monasteries. See also ITS385 and ITS387.

    “Die Anlage präsentiert sich so, wie man sich einen Toskanaurlaub vorstellt. Eingebettet in ein Bilderbuchtal in der Chiantigegend zwischen San Gimignano und Certalto findet man einen wunderschönen, renovierten Bauernhof im toskanischen Stil. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll renoviert und einfach aber geschmackvoll eingreichtet. Es gibt zwei Grillpätze und einen großen Pool mit atemberaubender Aussicht.

    Der Verwalter Donato kümmert sich liebevoll um die Anlage und ist auch kompetenter Ansprechpartner für alle Wünsche seiner Kunden.
